It's my favourite pasta brand now! Never disappoints, cooks perfectly with a good bite, good value. I even asked an Italian friend who advised that this was indeed a good brand. Decent size for the price and a great variety of shapes. I love it

The brand doesn't need much intro, if it's made in Gragnano it's excellent. Garofalo is really good in keeping cooking (cottura) and retains all its texture, absolutely fantastic. Just cook it in abundant salted boiling water the time displayed on the packaging. Italian style? Cook it for one minute less so that it will have even more of a bite and the 'nerve' (uncooked line) in it. I bought this when discounted so cheaper than lesser quality brands you get from supermaket, great bargain!!
