SPIRIT TCR ELITE SHOULDER PULLEYMy husband has just completed four weeks of therapy after shoulder surgery. He used a pulley exactly like this one every time he went to therapy. The pulley was used as a warm-up stretch for three minutes.This pulley is perfect and easy to set up on any door. It works just like the professional model used at the therapy clinic. The cord and pulley are of good quality, strong, and quiet. The "D" style handles are a perfect fit and very comfortable to use.The best part for me is watching our two Greyhounds sit and watch while Tom uses this pulley. They just can't quite figure out what is going on --This is a great buy and very effective for home therapy to keep things in working shape.

Awesome! Way better than what they use in the PT facility I am going to. I ended up carrying those with me to the PT sessions because I just hate the standard ones they all are using. Therapists are looking at those and are now asking me where I got them, so they too can get them for the use with their clients.

Cheap plastic junk - there are little balls that hold the rope in place, mine broke during the first time I used it. Hopefully the replacement is better.

Needed pulley system to continue physical therapy at home. This was an inexpensive and easy solution. Use on door jamb or clip on pulley weight machine a carabiner or D ring. Easy to use.

Cheaply constructed. Good enough for me to rehab broken humerus, but I wouldn’t recommend for long term use.

i had extensive shoulder surgery a month ago. The pulleys I use in physical therapy are a huge help in allowing me to regain function in my arm. Following surgery, my arm tended to tighten up and the gentle action of the pulley helps me to stretch my arm safely. I was trained by my therapist to use them at home, and I have been very pleased with this pulley system. It is not a "weight training" device: it is for someone who has mobility issues with their shoulder, or who is recovering from surgrey. This set is perfect for my needs and is virtually identical to the ones in the rehab unit. It is the perfect weight, has a smooth action, fits onto a door easily, and was a great price. If you are recovering from any shoulder injury or surgery, this is what you need!
