Such a great idea, well executed!
I can't get over what a great idea this is. First the water allows you to change the weight as well as providing for the extra challenge of stabilizing the moving water. I have both the large and small versions. I like the extra weight I can get with the large but it is almost too big. This one is perfect. You can do your traditional kettle bell moves without all the bruising that can come with traditional kettlebells as well as some that you wouldn't normally try. My clients love it as well!
