Baby Poultry Leg Bands 1/4" Medium Chick (100)

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product. I don't have a complaint. 5 stars so far. The *Medium* size bands are perfect for standard size day old chicks. Mine pictured here are Easter Eggers. This would've been helpful info for me to have when ordering, so I want others to have this info so they don't have to wander if they will fit their chicks. They have good stretch and easy to put on with one person/hand. Thick, durable, and not easily broken. They stretch over the chicks feet plenty fine. 4 colors. I had 4 different color eggs, so the 4 colors were perfect for me to keep track of which chicks went with which egg. I just put the bands on them when they were dry, before they went into the brooder. I will update how old the chicks are when/if they grow out of them to go up to the next size. They will stretch with the chicks, but I'm not comfortable with allowing them to be taught on the skin.

The product i recieved was exactly as pictured i bought these for my week old chickens and they fit perfectly. They have great stretch. It's a good value buy for the price. They were very easy to put on.

I love the different colors, I was able to color coordinate my pullets and the size is perfect for growing chicks. They were easy to put on my chicks and they are soft yet durable on their legs. They much safer than zipties and the other plastic ones in my opinion.

These were perfect for keeping track of our newly home-hatched chicks vs the new chicks we bought from the store.

These were a disappoint over all. They are small enough for chicks that are just a few days old. However, they are pretty tight on a person's Little finger. Therefore, a chick that has a leg that is as thick as a person't Little finger, will end up with a band that is Too Tight. That is just a few weeks of use out of this band. Just a few weeks. I think if these were Just a Little Looser, they would work as effectively while lasting a few months instead of just weeks.
