I was really impressed with the condition of this renewed iPhone 12. It arrived in excellent shape, much better than I expected, with only a tiny scuff mark on the side that’s barely noticeable. Performance has been smooth, it updated to the latest iOS with no issues, and the camera quality is great. The battery health shows 100%, which makes me think the seller installed a new one, and so far the battery life has been excellent. The price was very reasonable for a refurbished iPhone 12, definitely cheaper than I expected. It was also packaged very well, securely wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box, and the seller required a signature upon delivery which gave me peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend this phone for anyone looking for a reliable refurbished option. Just keep in mind the storage size, because if you use a lot of apps or games you may want to go for a version with more than 64GB.

Phone arrived the following day as promised. Totally blown away; described as “excellent” but it is perfect, practically mint condition and like new. Very pleased. Took a while to get the latest software loaded on it and transfer all my stuff from my old iPhone. I am not very “tecky” so that doesn’t help! Quite straightforward really. Going to order another phone the same next week for my wife. Also the best price I could find; £70 cheaper than high street dealers selling second hand phones. Highly recommended!

Awful - only think good is their refund process ! I purchased in January and loved the phone , transfer from old phone was great and I was happy . However, after a few months it became ‘possessed’ - texting and randomly calling people as soon as I touched the screen . I contacted the company and sent back , I asked for a replacement as by this point I had purchased accessories for the iPhone 12 (case, screensavers etc) . Despite stating on the policy repair, replacement or refund the only option I was given was a refund. This was not ideal but fast forward a few weeks and deciding I’d just been unlucky I reordered the iPhone 12 . Again it arrived , perfect condition and I happily set it up , however less than a month after purchase it ‘died’ ! I was out walking listening to my audiobook and it went blank. No amount of charging , forced resets worked so again I contacted the company. Again I was as to return and I asked them to please send a replacement, yet again I’ve been told I will get a refund! I’m now in a position where I have a beautiful case , screen protector (came in a pack of 3) for this non existent iPhone 12 . I’ve had to change all my passwords AGAIN as I don’t trust factory resets and have had nothing but hassle, returning involves printing labels , packaging items etc with a sorry at the end . I’ve just had a message from Amazon saying the reason I’m getting a refund is I returned the item - true but only because it didn’t work and I feel faulty item would be a better description!

I bought two iPhone 12s (white, excellent condition) for my twin sons’ birthday. Unfortunately, I only saw the reviews after placing the order but decided to go ahead with it. Both phones looked amazing—like new, with no scratches. However, one of them had an unresponsive screen, so we returned it and received a full refund within a week. The return process was smooth and hassle-free. The other phone is perfect, just like new, and we’ve kept it. Very happy with the purchase overall.

I have to admit I was a little concerned about buying a refurbished Iphone 12. But on opening the well packed parcel from SAIGATES Ltd i need not have worried. The iphone is in excellent condition showing very little signs of use. After I set the phone up for my wife transferring data from her previous iphone I was pleased to find the battery health is 100%. All phone functions appear to be working including face ID. The camera lens are clear The phone arrived in a generic box with a new charging cable. I'm very pleased (and so is my wife - for which I am very grateful), I am now going to order a similar phone for myself

I bought refurbished new the phone come with scratches all over the sides camera is a bit scuffed but the screen is in good condition. Works better than my iPhone 11 it lagged so much and speaker had gone it’s nice to be able to hear a phone call nice fit in my new case, works good so far

Was very wary of buying a renewed phone, but decided I would try and if anything was wrong, I would return to amazon and get a refund. Phone arrived next day, I was home all day and delivery person just shoved phone through letterbox, didn't ring doorbell or knock door. Lucky it landed onto a mat, but I was worried it might be damaged. I was really pleased, phone looked pristine, no scratches or scuffs. There was a lead in box but no plug, I borrowed one, at first charging took ages and only reached 80%. I ordered a fast charging plug the same day and with that, the phone charged to 100% very quickly. Been using it for nearly 2 weeks and so far all is good. Hopefully this will continue.
