Dell Wireless Mouse WM326 (5MTFN),Black

I’ve only had this for about a week and I just love this, very easy to setup and it’s a great value for the money, I love that there are no cords and the response time is great.

This mouse is a great replacement for my Dell Bluetooth mouse which gave me multiple problems. This mouse fits comfortably in my palm and the scroll button is precise and easy to use. The low cost was a welcome relief from what I paid for the Bluetooth version. It also has an on/off switch which saves on battery life.

It looks really nice, and the cursor movement is less jagged than my previous Dell wireless mouse. However, the "back" and "forwards" buttons on the side are in a ridiculous location. You have to move your hand to press them. I don't think the designers put any thought into the ergonomics of this mouse.

Little small and the side buttons hard getting used to. Could not get it to pair with my universal receiver (the reason I bought it). Called tech support and agent was patient with me and did not treat me like a luddite making me redo all the checklist stuff that I had already done. That was really refreshing. We started troubleshooting with things I had not done. Five (5) STARS for tech support at Dell (in this case)!!

Works well for my small handbag

You can open the mouse to carry around the USB dongle when not in use and being transported. I had to buy a protective case for it, which I'm not exactly happy about because of the mismatched branding. I believe the case is Logitech. They should raise the price a bit and build a Dell carrying case to bundle with the mouse. Otherwise, it's perfect, responsive, has a black sleek design

I purchased this mouse on October 28, 2024, but it has failed a few months later (February 17, 2025). I changed the battery, checked the battery contacts, etc., but there doesn't seem to be any power to the mouse. This is highly disappointing, especially for a Dell Product!

This mouse works quietly and efficiently. My only problem is the buttons on the left and right side of it. You'll be working along and accidentally click the left button which brings you back to the page previously viewed. This would be great if that's what you wanted to do. It fits your hand so good that it's impossible not to hit the side buttons. Dell has many great items, but I would have to pass on this.

This Product is very nice. It comes with Great comfort and very smooth for use. Battery lasts longer. Functions with 7 different keys and we get an universal receiver to connect with different Dell devices.

Shipping was fast, as advertised. The mouse looks good. Doesn’t seems to be of bad quality. It is precise enough, has back and forward side buttons, although they are not ideally placed. The only awkward thing is that you need to open it entirely to replace the battery or to store the usb tip. For the rest it does the job very well. The horizontal scrolling works in photos app, I don’t know elsewhere yer. No complains so far, I’m ok with it. I recommend it for regular use

Takes a little time to get used to it, but definitely a quality product
