we were in need of a better solution to a first aid point in our kitchen and this product seemed like the perfect answer to this. once it arrived it was clear that it in-fact was ! there was some issues with the product being damaged in transit but there sales team have been great in providing a replacement to the damaged part. highly recommend

They do not secure to the wall mounts

This is a fairly comprehensive set of four first aid boxes, which are designed to be wall mounted and feature alert stickers so you know what is missing if one is removed and then not replaced. There is some overlap of contents between the kits, most notably the presence of burn dressings in the general first aid kit when those are also in the burns kit. I imagine it is down to having generic contents and then an amalgamation of kits for specific uses as it would have made more sense, in my opinion, for all burns related paraphernalia to be in the burns kit, which would surely be the first one to be grabbed in that event. So check that everything is in the kit you want it to be in.The cases are robust plastic and come with dividers so you need to organise the contents yourself - those are bagged. The clips are strong and the cases should last at least as long as the contents and are, in any event, designed to be replenished over time.It is a fairly comprehensive set of general first aid kits and, in case you are wondering, the biohazard kit has sanitiser sprays, vinyl gloves, aprons, absorbent powder and a scraper to pick up the waste - with a bag to put it in. The eyewash box is oversized for the two bottles and two dressings held within, but these kits are designed that way so you can add specifics that you need and have the space to accommodate those without cramming.
