MetaWomen's Labcoat 15000 White 2XL

I have been ordering and using these coats for years but no more. Once again the coat I ordered was radically different than the same model number I ordered within the same year. This one had a strip sewn inside the right pocket I'm sure they thought would be helpful in storing items--instead it just gets caught on anything else you put in the pocket. Aso, the pockets were physically smaller and about useless. They are better than the year the pockets had been moved up about 6 inches so that everything fell out of them when you sat down. There seems to be quality control issues with whatever country they are using this month as to the patterns, being used, etc. Good price and decent fabric but a total crap shoot as far as what you get.

The Meta women's 33 inch lab coat is just the ticket for a low price. The fabric feels and looks fine, and the construction appears to be satisfactory so that it will hold-up to repeated laundering. Size small actually falls to just above the knee on the two students for whom I bought these coats. One is 5'3" and the other is 5'5" tall. So, the coat is longer than the photo shows, which is not a problem unless you really want a shorter lab coat.Update: Shortly after buying this lab coat, I started receiving catalogs in the mail from every uniform supplier known. Clearly this lab coat vendor sold my name and address without my permission. Bummer. So, my rating for the lab coat dropped from 5 stars to 2 stars. And now I have to try to get off all these mailing lists. :(

Fit is true, little-to-no ironing, and stain resistant. Nice size pockets. Can’t ask for more. I’m 5’2” and the jacket was knee length, so not overwhelmingly bulky. I did have to turn up the sleeve cuff by one hem-length, because they were long on me, but no cutting required for it to look normal - I just folded and stitched.

This coat is good quality for price. I’m returning simply because it’s too thick and boxy for my liking. I wanted something a little more lightweight and slim fitting.

First, thanks to other reviewers. They said that your size will be a little larger than advertised. They were right. It's not a next size up discrepancy, or so much bigger that it's awkward. So if you want something roomy, go ahead and order your normal size. You'll be set. You want snugger fit, order a size down. I'm big, and I wanted "big enough" rather than *just* able to button up. I'm a 2X, decided to follow other reviewers advice, so got 2X. And it is awesome. A lighter material, good deep pockets, slits to get into pants pockets. Buttons up higher than the picture shows - no chance of cleavage showing when fully buttoned. And doesn't hang open when bend over, it buttons that high. Darker colors show up somewhat through the jacket, but not horribly. For economy, it's sturdy and thick enough to do what it's gotta do. About the shipping - I did 2-3 day business. The estimate was to be shipped starting 4-10 days after my order. But low and behold I ordered it Sunday night and it arrived USPS on Tuesday. Cross country. Also came with a free, current, new catalog, that I didn't even ask for. Will be using them again for my scrubs and labcoat needs.

I have purchased quite a few lab coats and this by far is the best one. The fit is a little big and I could have probably used a large but it gets a little chilly at my job so I can wear a jacket underneath and still feel comfortable while wearing it.

I bought this product for my niece graduation as a doctor. She is slim and tall, got a size small and fit good to me that I m short and weight 145 lb. The quality is great.

I was surprise at how thick the material was! Very nice quality.I bought for a Halloween costume but this could definitely be used for lab or hospital jobs.Lots of deep pockets which was nice!
