Essential Oils Pocket Reference Book + Mini Carrier Stick (EOPR)

If you are new to Essential Oils or have used them for years, this book hits the mark for all users! It is so well organized you can find anything you want to and it has so much basic information about an oil's origin, properties, use, applications, and more. it discusses blends, talks about how to know which oils can be safely ingested and how to do that (I don't do that yet). I am relatively new to daily use of oils so I might be a little more smitten with this book than some, but I find it a real treasure in the art of this ancient practice.

I use this book all the time!! It gives me a little bit of an idea of the oil I might be choosing, especially when I see an oil that has something in it I don't care for. It's nice to get a little idea of what to expect from an oil from its description and seeing ingredients. I've gotten oils by description and ingredients and have always been satisfied. It's also interesting to hear a little history about some of the oils. Yes I use it all the time!!

One of the best book about essential oils their use and the special Young Living products , they work in a manner others brand don't do. The pocket is a very practical little book to have a syntetical view and way to use essential oils blends and single and the stick very useful to put the oils .

Love this reference guide. I use it as a desk reference guide, although not nearly as large as a desk reference guide, it isn't exactly a "mini" or pocket sized reference guide either! I absolutely love the information inside and find it quite helpful. Highly recommend this to the new user of Essential Oils!

Ordered this as a birthday gift for a friend; she has a newfound interest in essentials oils. She was super excited to receive the book and the bonus. According to her initial review, it sounded like the information was very thorough and it was a good resource on essential oils.

I recently purchased the desk version of this book and love it but this little reference book is great to tote around with me. It is such a big help in learning what my oils do and how to use them as well as which oils to use for specific ailments.

Was hoping there were some recipes in the book but there isn't. It's a great reference though

The print is fine and very hard to read. On top of that, the ink is light. Great information, but too hard to read.
