As someone living in the Pacific Northwest, where rain is a frequent companion, I've always prioritized durability and effectiveness in an umbrella. This purchase marks my fourth from the Blunt brand; I already own the Metro and the Classic models, which have served me well. The Executive Street Umbrella stands out for its perfect size for me and a guest (I recently find myself in the company of others when I walk around town and they never seem to have an umbrella and rely on mine). It's slightly larger than the other models, providing ample coverage during heavy downpours, yet it retains the trademark sturdiness and sleek design that Blunt is known for. The build quality is exceptional, with strong materials that withstand the gusty winds common in my area. What I particularly appreciate about this umbrella is its balance between size and portability. Despite being larger, it's not cumbersome to carry around. It does come with a cloth zipper carrying bag which has been very handy for storage in the back of my car The design aesthetics are also worth mentioning. The Executive Street model has a stylish, professional look Then that of regular umbrellas. Yes it is more expensive but worth every penny In my experience

It’s a well made umbrella

This umbrella is perfect for shade at the beach. I’ve got it clamped to a beach chair and provides all day shade if I need it. Opens and closes rock solid, build quality is outstanding and I love the reinforced/curved edges. Handle leaves a little to be desired but it’s mainly because I have a clamp on it and it’s rubber. Trucks away nice in the sleeve it came with. Hasn’t even folded in high wind or anything like that. Very well built.

Great color for a grey. Supposed to resist 71 mph gale force. We'll see. Gorgeous. Accommodates two.

Easily the best umbrella I've ever owned.

This product has a superior look and feel. I enjoy the engineering and manufacturing that went into this umbrella. At first it seemed a bit large given that I was used to cheaply made but collapsible umbrellas extracted from my briefcase. But the first time I opened it during the middle of a pretty good storm I felt extremely confident that I had made the right purchase decision. It's also easy to walk with a friend and everyone including their computer bags etc stays dry. I've had it through three or four weeks now and lots of rain here in Southern California and I'm very happy with it I think you would be too.

After using this umbrella only three times the handle broke off (see picture). Had to spend a significant amount of money (almost half the cost of the umbrella in the first place) to ship it to them to fix it. Very disappointed in the quality of this umbrella and the customer service experience!

I walk to work in a windy place and, three months in, the Blunt Executive 54" is holding up perfectly so far. We've had a few windy days that were more that enough to damage my last two 'windproof' umbrellas. The handle feels slightly loose but that's not proving to be a problem so far.

Living on the coast, the umbrellas is giant and strong. Finally I am not wet whenever I go out neither is my backpack.

I had high expectations from blunt and I was so excited. But when I opened packing I was shocked. What’s point paying premium when they can’t even do quality check.

Pour moi, Blunt produit le meilleur parapluie tempête. Il ne s'est jamais retourné ! Par contre, le mécanisme de fermeture peut lâcher au bout de quelques années...
