Derma rolling with a roller with a 0.30mm needle length is considered a minimally invasive procedure. As long as you follow the instruction and the proper technique in conjunction with the right serum, you're unlikely to experience side effects or permanent scarring.

How does this compare to the Angel Kiss? Please share if you know!

"Akiyro" and "Angel Kiss" are the same dermaroller. Just make sure you know the titanium microneedle size, the one in the photo is .30mm. If you have not used the dermaroller I would recommend you get a 25mm to start and then alternate with the 30mm. Some areas of your face, neck and decollate need a 25mm for areas that are less in tissue.

Delicate & Effective

I purchased the .30mm size, I didn’t want anything longer, as I’m using this to support my skincare routine. For example helping with fine lines and allowing for better serum absorption. This is perfect, it doesn’t hurt, it’s delicate and well made. I also love that this has a case to protect the tines from getting damaged. Very nice product, I was so excited to add this to my skincare routine.
