I received a used book , not what I paid for ! Very disappointed

It was eye opening, as a contractor, to read this. Definitely changed the way I think about managing my business. Pretty easy read.

A lot of books like this make a lot of claims about their benefits but Only give vague, general concepts and talk more about what the book can do for you rather than how the book can help you actualize its claims. This lays out simple step by step plans. Not a bunch of fluff and filler it’s straight to the point. It can tell you a lot of what you should know in just 100 pages so you can learn what you need to in a day or two. It’s an actual cheat sheet but not to “get rich quick” it outlines how to work towards a great company but doesn’t give allusions that you can do it without putting in thoughtful work or over night

Superb, a must read for all trades men and women, stop the never ending cycle of failure and try a didn't plan of attack
