A Well Written Manual
I like the fact that the manual is spiral bound and is printed on a heavy paper stock that will hold up with usage. I like the breakdown of the exercises by body part and ranking of difficulty. Of particular value, each exercise has sections titled Essence, Focus and Modifications which describe the muscles that are engaged, areas which require attention, and variations of the exercise. I have one negative comment which pertains to packaging. The manual came in a plastic bag which was torn in several areas.
