Great product. Exceeded my expectations.
This handheld shower head is really nice. It is polished brass with a flexible hose. It was very easy to install. The only tool I used was a wrench to install it. One really nice feature is the shutoff valve on the shower head. It allows you to press a bar and it cuts off the water from the shower head without having to turn the faucets off. This allows you to lather up without the water hitting you. You press the bar again and it turns the water back on the shower head. Another benefit from this shower head is the flexible hose which enables you to do a better job of cleaning the shower stall. That is very difficult to do with a fixed shower head. I highly recommend this product.

Matches the other Gold Fixtures!
I like the multiple spray handheld shower head and the gold color matches my Kohler gold/brass fixtures. The only feature I don't like is I often accidentally hit the on-off switch on the handle, while using it, and so the water flow suddenly stops. It would be nice if they had a locking mechanism on the switch.

Shower head will not hold its position (angle) - not acceptable
Cannot properly adjust the shower head position. The ball socket that adjusts the shower head position is too loose resulting in the shower head rotating fully downward. We did not have this problem with our cheap plastic version. Additionally, the shower head seems to have a loose piece inside as it rattles when shaken. However, the spray flow is adequate. Overall, this unit is solid, but it will need to be returned as it is unusable due to the inability to position the shower head in an intermediate position (angle).

Shower head came off hose after 5-years.
The product worked great for 5-years then came apart. The shower heard portion is only pressure fit - no threads to screw it on/off. No way to fix it so must replace.

Great Handheld Shower Head - High Quality
Really love this handheld shower head. I read a great many reviews before selecting this one and am glad I bought this one. The on/off switch is great. And, I like the different settings. The 6 foot cord gives me more room to move around in the shower, too. Everything seems to be of high quality. My plumber was impressed with the fittings. Overall I'm very pleased with his purchase.
