Bought this smell training kit for my wife who has lost most of her sense of smell following SNUC cancer and its treatment. Some minor success after 6 months. Product does what it says on the tin and stays strong for a good 6 months before starting to wane. We would recommend giving it a go even though success is minimal in our case.

These are a clever idea, and, yes, I would buy them again, but I would also add in a caveat for the buyer (and for the seller!).I bought these to Retrain my nose... I've had chronic sinusitis and rhinitis for years, and realised recently just how much I am NOT smelling.My family have all tried these oils, too, and they say variations on "Gosh, that's a powerful scent of xyz", I have put down the fact that I smell them 'muffled ' to the aforementioned rhinitis.So yes, they HAVE worked, I am beginning to identify all four fragrances consistently... but.To paraphrase a certain Vulcan, "It's cloves, Jim, but not as we know it!". None of these fragrances smell the way I remember the smell, and it puzzled me until today, when I opened a pot of catering cloves and smelled them. Wow.So what happened?I am pretty sure that I am also smelling the cheap oil in which the essential oils are dissolved.So, yes, they DO work, but my caveat is that one isn't just smelling rose, lemon, eucalyptus and clove, but rose+oil, lemon+oil, eucalyptus+oil and clove+oil, and if you are retraining your nose, go for this set, but you need to realise that the scent may not be quite 'there' while you are retraining!

Lost sense of smell after Covid. Sent for this kit, but because I can't smell anything, this is useless to me. Thought the scents would be stronger and penetrate my olfactory glands. Gave 3 stars as it's my fault they don't work for me.

These bottles come well packed and are easy to use. The smells are distinctive and will probably last for several months.

This did seem to go around the houses before delivery, but it's a nicely put together package of essential oils. As I seemed to have lost my sense of smell (probably post-COVID), am hoping that it does what it promises. One month in, I do seem to be picking up more scent of 'something'. Not sure I could do a blind identification, but..... it says it will take time. Fingers crossed.

I lost my sense of smell over ten years ago. Apparently this happens to many over 60s and I just accepted the loss. However, recently I learnt that many have regained their sense of smell using smell kits such as this. It may not work, but felt that it must be worth having a try!. Using the essential oils provided, after a month I feel already some small progress has been made and hope that by the end of 6 months there will have been significant improvement, making the cost and time spent a great investment.

I bought these to replenish oils in my son's original smell training kit. He lost his sense of smell over a year ago due to Covid.The smell of these oils is disgusting - the only one which bears any resemblance to what it is supposed to be is the eucalyptus and even that one is not pleasant. So glad I smelt them before adding them to his kit. I will not be using these and unfortunately, as I cannot return them now, I will have to buy either a new kit or oils from a more reliable source.Really disappointing!
