Is the cap easy to remove ? I have bad hands and live alone. Easy to remove cap?

You have to squeeze the sides of the cap with your thumb and finger and twist. Might not be a good option depending on how bad your hands are.

I buy it on Amazon. This is moisturizing. This and the menthol only ones on here.

The expiration date is not on the outside box. It is on the side of the spray bottle in a little black square.
