Is this a tubing mascara?

I don’t know, but it is hands down the best mascara I’ve ever used. I have naturally long lashes, but they’re light (I’m a strawberry blonde) and this mascara is amazing. Is thick, so if you’re looking for a sleek look, it may not be for you, but I love it.

Mine is dry. Can I add something to make it smooth without ruining it completely?

I just add a drop or two of water and shake it. Works well for me.
