I am ready to exercise with my new Hectc Fitness Ab Wheel Roller.
My new Hectc Fitness Ab Wheel Roller arrived today. Looks great, well made, solid and easy to assemble. All you have to do is slide the handle rod through the wheels and put the other handle on and you are ready to go. Comes with a nice thick pad to protect your knees and an easy to follow DVD with instructions. I like the instructor, he shows you very quickly how to use the Ab Roller and get going with exercising. Because the Ab Roller comes apart so easily it will be easy to take with me when I travel.

Perfect Core Strengthener
I like the fact that the AB Wheel Roller works my upper and lower back, shoulders, chest, and of course the Abs. The whole core! This is much better than doing boring isolation exercises, such as crunches, because of the greater efficiency created. That means more body part exercised in less time.I can see how easily the AB Wheel Roller could be taken on travel trips so I won’t miss my workout. It requires no tools to quickly assemble or dis-assemble. It’s lite-weight and will fit flat into my luggage so I have no excuses.The double-wide independently rotating dual wheels really help me keep my balance while performing my exercise movement. Since the wheels act independently, they make for easy turning when using the AB Wheel Roller at any angle to work my obliques.I highly recommend the AB Wheel Roller for a quick but effective core workout.

Well built and durable. Thanks for the knee mat too!
The media could not be loaded. Well built product, easy to assemble. Had out of the box and ready to use right away. Another great product from Hectc. I also own their waterproof stopwatch, and it has been great. I would like to see what other products they come out with.
