Salt Lite Salt, 11 oz, 2 pk

We have to follow low sodium diets, and this is a big help. We still don't sprinkle this on most of our foods, but when we just have to add a bit of salt (baking, pots of soup, etc), this is our go to. We don't even buy regular salt any more. This tastes just the same, not weaker, and saves us 1/2 the sodium! And I don't see any issues in the baked goods. We'll continue to use it.

50% less sodium and it tastes the same to me. Healthier choice. I won’t use regular salt anymore.

It tastes very salty for being lite salt. Otherwise it tastes like salt. A little hard to find in grocery stores. I still prefer pink salt for taste.

Morton is a well known name and makes a good product. I use a 1/4 teaspoon to add to my beverages, when needed, to get the extra potassium.

This salt is excellent for those who want to season their food, but must watch their sodium intake. I use it in food dishes and in my baking. I have never been disappointed.
