Reliable and easy
Once you understand how these poles work, they are easy to put up and take down. Very sturdy and no damage to ceiling. To protect the floor I did put a piece of bathroom mat under the base as a precaution. No issues.

Ease of use
This stability pole helped my brother, who has MS recover from a broken shoulder. It enabled him to rise from his bed and transfer to his wheelchair.

Very Secure
The tub in our master bathroom is a whirlpool with high sides. Difficult for someone my age to climb over fearing I would fall and injure myself. I needed something to hold on to for stability. I saw the positive reviews of this and purchased it. Husband installed, which was very easy to do, and was amazed at how well it fit. Strong and sturdy. I've been using it to get in and out of tub for showers and feel safe and secure. Very happy with this product!!

A genuine helpful bathroom aide
I have a high tub and aging and arthritis made me fearful of falling. I now use this and a grab bar in the tub.My only comment was my husband overlooked the extension but it's there for a higher ceiling. After that it works!

This thing has potentially saved my life many times
It's in my bathroom next to my tub in front of my toilet.Ignoring the fact that it's gross to have a toilet and tub in the same room... A thing I've never understood why we don't keep our toilets segregated from where we're supposed to clean ourselves... A small sink should be the only thing with it.But I digress.... I sanitize the bar and my tub a lot. And always flush with the lid down. K? K. Good talk. LmaoI have neurological issues that make me very weak and dizzy with short notice and this has safely gotten me out of the tub every time so far.I was chuffed at the price of a metal pole with rubber feet. But the product is good and the cheapest of its kind I could find.

This is the help that you need.
I fractured my hip. After 18 days in a skilled nursing facility, I was sent home. I could walk with a quad cane, and shower using a chair. But getting in and out of the tub was gonna be a challenge. This transfer pole is the answer. None of my providers were aware of it. It's not covered by Medicare, but the pole is sturdy and the needed wrench comes with. For me it's been a real benefit.

Easier for the disabled to rise from a chair, bed or toilet without falling.
I have a friend who is wheel chair bound, and he has three transfer poles to help him transfer from the wheel chair to the bed, bathroom or lounge chair. He is able to grab the pole, pull himself up, turn and sit down without losing his balance or falling. He does the same for reversing the situation. The trick is to make sure the pole is tightened to the max, so it is good and sturdy.
