I added this 5,000mcg NATROL BIOTIN BEAUTY supplement to my daily routine about 2 years ago. I've been taking this brand of chewable biotin for years. I began when I was worrying about my fingernails seeming weak, and my hair seeming to be thin. After about 6 months I could tell my fingernails were stronger . My hairdresser asked me if i was doing something to improve the thickness of my hair. She asked about products. I said the only change I made was taking these chewables. One a day. These are delicious. And I know that the best way to ingest something is if its chewable. I highly recommend this.

With have several health issues and being on A LOT of medications some of the side effects I have been dealing with unfortunately is making my already baby fine, thin, straight hair to be thinning and falling out; to the point that even just running my fingers through my hair I was coming up with 5 or more strands of hair every time. And this was getting just so ridiculous, I was seeing hair everywhere! On my clothes, in and around my chair, on my pillow cases, in the shower, in my brush and given that we all lose approximately 100 strands of hair daily; this was amounting to much, much more. So, I made an appointment with the dermatologist and he suggested biotin and also to use biotin shampoo and conditioner; and if need be I could use Rogaine extra strength for men 1 time a day or use the one for women 2x's a day. Well Rogaine is a bit pricey for my budget; however, he did say I could use the generic. But, I can honestly say between taking the Biotin and also using a shampoo and conditioner with it seems to have really helped my hair and while it wasn't a completely a fix it, but it is a WHOLE LOT better than it was without and I am seeing some regrowth too, so I will be a repeat customer for sure for this Biotin product, probably for he rest of my life. I used to get this at Costco but they don’t carry it anymore. Tastes good. Easy dissolve and chewable.

I will buy again.
