Hi will this fit on a 06 Honda Pilot with navigation and back up camera?

It should. You may need to purchase the Y adapter if you have the xm radio or CD changer. The other thing is what l did. My CD changer doesn't work so l unplugged it and plugged this in as the CD changer. Hope this helps and doesn't confuse you.
