Too expensive
This product is too expensive for what it's worth

Great for knee replacement recovery
Really helped my husband after total knee replacement. He'd lift his leg up in this and rest it on top of the sofa to help with swelling and get it straightened. Wasn't cheap but worth every penny for him. Added his recovery as he already had tight hamstrings pre op so he used this before and after op.

The ultimate tool for stretching lower limb muscles
Have had bilateral knee replacements and need something to help with recovery/ stretching exercises. Compact enough I even took it on a cruise with me. Brilliant product, even my physio was impressed. Supportive while achieving good stretch.

Medieval Torture Device- 100% corrected my issue
Roughly 2 years ago, I ended up in an orthopedic clinic and physical therapy to treat IT band syndrome in my knee. While the therapy (and in turn lots of stretching), my issue resolved with help of this device. Fast forward and my issues are returning, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this medieval torture device. Without question, my hamstrings are guitar string tight which is part of my problem. This product helped IMMEDIATELY and loosened up my IT Band to boot. This was 100% worth the purchase and saved me a trip back into physical therapy. Buy without hesitation. Item came boxed and packaged well. 5 out of 5 stars.
