I bought this specifically for the height. I use it as a desk in my RV. I love how compact it is. Super easy to put together and take down. Very sturdy. I have my laptop, 2nd monitor and keyboard on it.

This is a nice reasonably sturdy and lightweight table. Having said that, I will note two things that were not quite right on my unit. When unfolded and set up, the center of the tabletop along the line where it folds was about a quarter-inch higher than the ends, such that a flat-bottomed object placed on the table and spanning across the middle would not be stable and could rock back and forth. In other words, there was an uphill slope on the tabletop from either end to the middle. To correct this, I removed the bolts at the two hinge points, and I ground out the holes in the hinge brackets (using a grinding stone tip on a rotary tool) to make the holes slightly oblong so that the table would unfold a little bit more and become flat on top. I also had to grind one of the locking brackets a little to accommodate the extra expansion to flatten the table. Also, there were some metal burrs on the inner diameter of the lower ends of the tubes forming the short folding legs that are a part of the table. This made it difficult to insert the extension legs when needed. I easily removed these burrs by wrapping a piece of emery paper around a finger, inserting the paper into the tubes, and rubbing. Also note the following: The long extension legs have feet that can be screwed in and out to adjust length to eliminate any rocking when the table is set up on a surface that is not quite flat. This is a nice feature whenever these long extension legs are being used. The other legs simply end in hollow plastic tube collars to allow additional legs to be inserted. Thus, these other legs are not adjustable in length to accommodate a non-flat surface. Also, if these hollow legs are placed on a soft earth surface, dirt could become packed and clogged in the ends. These open ends can be capped and protected with plastic soda bottle caps if portions of the treads in the soda bottle caps are removed. There are two S-shaped hooks provided in a plastic bag containing the shorter leg extensions. The hooks look useful, but I don't know their intended purpose! Each folding leg has a metal loop attached so that a net (or other surface) can be clipped underneath the main tabletop. The net would act as another area, shelf-like, to hold additional items. The net would have to be made or procured separately as it is not included in the purchase.

We love this table especially the adjustable legs, we can make it short for when sitting at ground level picknicking on blanket or tall for eating while on camping chairs. I put it between our cots in tent when camping and it holds everything (fan, snacks, water) great table. I'm buying another so we can keep them at foot of cots when camping for fans etc. Love how it all folds away in its own little carrier. --only one drawback, i would worry about it being left in rain, because the table top area is kind of thin.
