I've used Keurig coffee makers for many years. I really like the K-Supreme. It's compact, brews a cup of coffee quickly, has a strong brew option and I like having the serving size options (4, 8, 10 and 12oz). The problem I had is it stopped working after 8 months - it would not power on. Granted I used the coffee maker a lot - 5 to 6 cups a day - but it should last longer than 8 months. My guess, and it's just a guess, is the thermal fuse went - there was a slight "burnt electronics" smell when it stopped working. Keurig did honor the 1 year warrantee and shipped me a brand new replacement unit at no cost and I did not have to return the defective unit. A word of warning, I had to prove the unit was purchased on Amazon and shipped directly by Amazon. Apparently, Keurig may not honor the warrantee if the unit was purchased from a third party seller. The warrantee claim process was challenging at best. The call center is most likely overseas. Information like your email address is repeated back to you in a Alpha Charlie Bravo manner. Even with that, the Agent got it wrong and I waited about a week for an email to start the claims process. A call back confirmand they had my email address wrong. I submitted the required proof of purchased information and my claim was denied. Another call resolved that when I pointed out the receipt showed I purchased the item on Amazon and I told the Agent I had additional proof the unit was shipped directly by Amazon. My claim was then approved and I received a brand new replacement with all accessories in about one week.

Esta cafetera es una porquería. Se descompuso a los 4 meses de poco uso por un problema común en ese modelo y como viene de Estados Unidos no hay garantía. No la compren.

A pesar de que poco llegan las cápsulas Kcup en mi ciudad, hago compra en línea porque me gusta que existen muchos sabores para este tipo de máquinas, es muy buena, no se tarda nada en calentar, solo la conectas le pones la cápsula y eliges el tamaño no tienes que esperar nada para que caliente, la opción de café frío hasta el momento no la he utilizado.

Awesome machine. Super convenient, fast and quiet - much more so than previous generations of Keurig. The multi-stream makes clearly superior tasting coffee to those models without it. At home, I've a Nespresso, but for work convenience is king, the Keuring rules and you can still maintain reasonably 'snobby' high quality coffee standards, LOL.
