Abbyy USA FineReader 12 Upgrade for PC

Abbyy USA FineReader 12 is one of the finest paper-work manipulation programs I've worked with. And I've tried a bunch of them since about 1980 when we started using computers in my office. Always looked for one that worked like I did, or rather like I didn't so the software could do all the fine stuff that my eager beaver mind would miss too often. Abbyy finds the big stuff and small stuff. Lately I've been scanning in yellowed copies of typed reports and long handwritten letters. Abbyy zaps the typed stuff thru my scanner to produce strong blacks, highly readable, and reads the type for me to make sense of it and correct stuff the scanner botched. By the time it goes thru the printer, it's like newly drafted reports even though they date back to 1860 and were copied with 1970 technology. The handwriting has to stay handwritten, but Abbyy lets me set the parameters for maximum readability and feed that info to the scanner with each successive yellowed paper.
