BIRDROCK HOME 13Gal Tall Double Laundry Hamper with Lid, Brown, 25.75”

Love this, it's really high quality, very sturdy and attractive. The others I have seen look flimsy, but this is perfect. Highly recommended.

I’ve had this laundry basket for over a year, maybe even two years, and we love it. My husband and I each use a side for our laundry. He takes his bag to the laundry room when it’s full, and I take my bag to the laundry when it’s full. And, for my clothes, the bag is the perfec the size of one wash. It’s chic and well-made. We’ve set things on top of it without any problem. I love it and will order again someday in the future. For now, it’s still going strong! Great quality.

I am currently in a college dorm room and as many know, it's quite crampy, so I needed something organized to put my laundry in because most of the time it ended up on the floor and honestly looked quite unsightly. Visually, it looks great. It has a nice, modern, contemporary look and feel. It is sturdy and came clean and smelled fresh. The set up was incredibly simple and the directions were helpful, which you only need if you can't figure it out by looking at it. The hamper comes with two mesh bags that are secured in place via Velcro. There are two handles on the side of the hamper to make it easily movable. The lid closes completely and opens easily all the way back (it does not stand up on its own so do not expect that but it is velcroed in the back and doesn't fall off when opened). Some reviews mention that the top comes off when opened fully. I have not had this problem. No components were missing and I didn't even have to complete the first step because it was already done (I didn't have to put the bottom board in myself nor zip the bottom myself, only slide in the divider, velcro the bags, and velcro the lid). The item came clean, fresh, with all materials, and looked brand new. At first I thought that it was quite expensive but I believe that it is well worth the price and would highly recommend.

Super easy to pop up and put in place and is way sturdier than I was expecting. I went through a lot of researching before finally deciding on this hamper and I'm glad I chose it. The color is beautiful (it is more teal than navy - exactly what I was looking for) and it doesn't take up a ton of space in my bedroom. Both removable mesh bags are very sturdy and can easily hold 2 loads of laundry per bag. I live alone & wash every two weeks so I usually only fill up one bag before it's time to wash. One bag can fit two weeks worth of clothes, at least 3 full size towels and a set of bed sheets and still be pretty easy to carry. The hamper itself is very sturdy, it sits in my bedroom w/a backpack and 3-4 blankets on top of it (plus any clothes I throw on top of it before actually putting them inside). The top is connected to the back of the hamper w/velcro but I've never had any issue with it not staying attached. It has handles (cut outs) on both sides for easy movement of the entire hamper. My only complaint is the smell of the wood board that separates the inside sections and keeps the whole thing from collapsing. It reeks! Ok I may be exaggerating, it smells like wood - just VERY strongly..... If the smell of wood doesn't bother you then feel free to proceed! But everything you put in the hamper or on top of the hamper WILL have that same smell (edit: the smell is not as strong after a few weeks). With that being said, you don't smell it unless you open the hamper and it does a wonderful job of keeping the smell of dirty clothes completely contained within the hamper. I should also note that the board is removable so if the smell really does bother you then just dont use it...

This assembles with a sturdy central melamine panel that separates the two sections and gives it structure. The first item shipped without this panel, and after contacting the manufacturer, they shipped out an entirely new unit including the panel, without requiring me to send the first one back. Kudos for the great customer service!Once assembled with the panel in place for reinforcement, this works great. It did have a slight chemical smell as many items made with synthetics do, but this faded after a couple days.Having separate bags to allow for better sorting is great. I wouldn't recommend overstuffing them, since the mesh doesn't seem super heavy duty, but they seem like they'll hold up to average daily use.I love having the lid, so I can use it as a platform for folding clothes, or just to cover dirty clothes when I have company over. With the lid closed it's not obvious that this is a hamper, so for those with small apartments looking to maximize space, this would be a good choice.Overall would recommend this for anyone who wants to better organize their laundry.

I would give this 4.5 stars but I'm rounding up.I was looking for a solid, two sided hamper for darks and whites with a neutral color. On those counts, it's great. The true color is a blue-grey that complements other greys, blues, purples but doesn't clash with other colors. It's nice looking but unobtrusive. The dimensions are 24 3/4 W x 25 1/2 H x 14 1/2 D (including lid) so it's not something you can tuck away. The construction is sturdy. It has a lid with a small rear flap that velcros in the back and front flap that magnetizes to the top of the face -- a nifty feature. The mesh laundry liners are a nice touch. Some reviewers have complained the velcro that loops around the corner stays gets unstitched, but mine look fine. They're not high quality liners, but if you don't yank at them, I think they should hold up.One minor complaint is that the fabric on mine appears slightly puckered in front, as if it weren't pulled taut in manufacturing. It's not egregious and I suspect it isn't a problem with all of them. I also don't love the chrome side handles, but that's me.Now the smell... yes, it's a thing. At first. Some reviewers claim it permeates an entire room or that it never goes away. That hasn't been my experience. When I received it, the odor was undoubtedly strong from up close, but not from several feet away. The fabric is described as polyester linen. To me, it smells kind of like hemp. I've had the hamper for three weeks and the smell has diminished by like 90%. I suspect it will be undetectable in another couple weeks.

I recently bought a house with a finished basement. The laundry area is tucked in a corner but is fully visible from the media room. I needed to find ways to organize my laundry so guests wouldn't see it. I had previously bought a rolling hamper which tucks under a built in table, but I needed something large enough to put the sheets and towels in, when my laundry wasn't caught up. This works perfectly. I do not move this hamper and wanted it to be a little more solid (it was reasonably solid to begin with) and cut a piece of MDF to line the bottom under the mesh bags. I got a piece a little thinner and cut it a little smaller than the piece that is between the sections, but this step isn't really necessary. This hamper is nice looking and roomy. I didn't have the problem with the formaldehyde smell that some other reviewers had. I have had that happen before, but not with this. The mesh bags are held in very well with velcro straps, and the velcro holding the top on and the magnet holding it closed, both work well. After reading the reviews some of which were glowing and some that were not so much (especially about the smell) I was worried I would be disappointed. There was no need. This is exactly what I needed and I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I’m really surprised at how nice this is, even though it’s on the high end of hamper prices. It was really easy to assemble and seems sturdy (I tend to throw my pair of jeans from the day on top and it holds them just fine), although it did have a weird chemical smell that took about a week to dissipate. The front fabric was also extremely wrinkled and creased when it showed up, but I keep this in my bathroom and the steam from the shower is helping to smooth those out.Either way, this seems like a great hamper. Roomy, and I love that if the bags break down the company sells replacements. (I had to throw away my last hamper system because the mesh bags had holes and it was impossible to find bags to fit the size of the hamper sections.)Definitely recommend this one so far. Hopefully it holds up.

Bello esteticamente, ben capiente e molto robusto.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this having bought a couple of similar items elsewhere and returned because they were very flimsy. It's perfect for our new bathroom. It's really well made and has some great features such as the internal net bags which can be removed to carry the washing downstairs. Would highly recommend.

I very rarely write reviews, and I certainly never thought it would be a laundry basket that would move me to write one, but this product is excellent. It comes folded flat (I was concerned that it would be in the usual oversized Amazon packaging), but assembly is easy - just unfold it, insert the support board down the middle, attach the two internal bags using velcro, put the lid on and that's it complete! Love the two-basket system and the design blends in nicely with the decor of the room. No more piles of dirty clothes in the bedroom and the detachable internal bags make it so easy to take the contents to the washing machine when needed! Recommended.
