Been using these for a few months and they seem to do what I need them to do. They didn't clean my toilet but for the most part they keep it clean after I gave it a good scrubbing myself with a pumice piece. That was the key thing, getting the toilet clean beforehand. About once a month it'll start to develop a grey ring around the water line in the toilet but all I need to do is use the toilet brush and dip it in the water and run it around the ring and it washes right off.
