In the oven, the outer skin becomes nicely crisp, while the inside becomes nicely cooked and chewy.Excellent at great price. I can recommend them.

Poor quality, not fresh, outside layer separate from inside when sliced in half to toast more like a scone texture.

The bagels were very bagel’y and honestly, I can’t complain because bagels are great. Perfect with a plastic cheese slice and a bit of ham.
