The definitive cask ale book
This is the definitive book on cask ale service. Thourough, well researched, and exhaustive in the range of topics it covers, this book is absolutely a must-read for anyone who takes cask ale seriously. O'Neill makes this one highly readable, and sneaks in more than a handful of jokes in the dry, British style. I recommend it often.

When I grow up I want to be a Cellarman
An absolute monolith. Maybe if enough Americans buy this book, real ale can become a thing here. Incredible detail on technical and planning aspects in the cellar. Diagrams are well done and useful. A must read for those interested in serving real ale. Don't serve in ignorance, serve with confidence.
