Are these tees rubber or plastic? If plastic are they flexible?

They are flexible plastic, quite durable and long lasting. They are hard to lose. However, people have been known to forget to pick them up. My foursome has never broken one. We have played them for 3 years.

With the 3 1/4" tees, how high is the ball of the ground when the tee is inserted in ground?

The answer is 1 3/4 inches off the ground. I just measured one to see! If you prefer to regulate the height yourself you might try the Martini tee without the stopper - it is just a straight shaft and you can vary the height. I like this one with the stopper as it is always the same height for me but I do use the plain shaft sometimes on a Par 3 hole when I don't necessarily use a driver but do want to tee the ball up slightly. Hope this is helpful.

Is the durable step up martini tee different from a "regular" step up martini tee?
