6D 2.4G Wireled Vertical Ergonomic Optical Mouse, 800/1200 /1600DPI, 6 Buttons - Black

This mouse, along with many other similar ergonomic mice (mostly because I think they're actually all just rebranded versions of the same mice? Don't quote me on that), cannot activate the side buttons and the two of the main left/right/middle buttons at the same time. This may not seem like a big deal, since who would be pressing THREE mouse buttons at once? Well, certain games, namely MMORPGs, have a function where you can press the left and right buttons at the same time to walk. So, if one were to use this mouse to move in that fashion and then press something hotkeyed to the side fourth and fifth buttons, your character will stop moving entirely and would stand there doing nothing. The mouse doesn't simply ignore the third input, it actually ignores ALL input from every button while all three buttons are pressed. Let's just say that's not a particularly fun thing to have happen.Other than that, the ergonomic portion of the mouse feels good, even if it's a little on the smaller side.

This is the BEST mouse for people with small hands and wrist pain. I have tried over a dozen so-call ergonomic mouse, and they are all not-usable because I can't even reach the regular left and right buttons with my fingers, forget all the other fancy features and side buttons. It is also incredibly light, which is amazing - I don't understand why some of the other fancier, more expensive mouse have weights in them. I will check for scrolling function when first received because some of them are just not as good as others (maybe 1 out of 4-5), and even initially normal ones do deteriorate with time (but I am in occupation where there is extensive amount of scrolling involved). Since it is so easy to return with Amazon and $9.99 is much cheaper price to pay than going to physical therapy or getting steroid injection to the wrist (and I need to fight with the scheduler and take unpaid time off to get either), I change mouse every 3 months and have several backups. Please continue to supply them!

Mouse should be bigger, but it works perfectly.. From the base of my hand to the top of my middle finger is 7 inches. Anyone with hands larger than this would find it uncomfortable. I just plugged it in and used it since I read other reviews regarding the instructions. Since I have multiple monitors, I like to pick up the mouse so that I can move across multiple monitors without using the entire desktop as a mouse pad. When I searched Amazon, this is the only affordable vertical mouse that has a vertical edge so that you can grab it with your pinky and fourth finger.

As described, works great. Made my wrist feel better; comfortable.Nitpickings:I would have preferred more of a vertical tilt, but this may be better for your arm, I don't know.The mouse is very light, I prefer more weight. But I am coming from a weighted gaming mouse so take this with some salt.As someone else said, there's nowhere to put your pinky.The back/forward thumb buttons are a bit too far back for me (I don't have a long thumb).I'm using it at work and it's doing its job and I'm going to keep using it. If wrist relief is what you're after and you can survive with a lightweight mouse, and given the price, this is the right place to start.

I purchased this mouse due to pains in my hand, wrist and shoulder from my excessive use of my previous mouse.Initially it was awkward and I still knock it over occasionally.After beginning to use this mouse, the pain in my shoulder increased to almost make my arm unusable and for many tasks it was!After about two weeks my should finally adjusted to the new mouse position.Since I adjusted, my other pains have all gone.So for my test, this mouse design did work to reduce my pain, after putting me through lots of pain during the adjustment period.As for the mouse 'normal' functionality:Being a large person 6 foot 240lbs, this mouse is tiny under my hand.Two of my fingers are on the table while I use my index finger for the left click button.The scroll wheel has stopped functioning properly.If I pick up the mouse and set it back down, the scroll wheel scrollsWhen I scroll with the wheel I never know which direction it will go and cannot control how far now... It worked fine for the first few weeks.Occasionally the mouse will jump all over the screen.Later I discovered while playing a game, that the mouse controls the view direction, the view will spin wildly for a few seconds and then stop in a corner.So, literally the mouse is becoming worthless, as the scroll wheel randomly will scroll the page and won't scroll when needed - and the pointer will jump away and stop responding for a few seconds.Not happy.

States there is an 18 month warranty. Mouse is great and relieved my wrist pain dramatically. The roller on the top stopped working and I use this quite a bit. I contacted the seller about the issue and NEVER heard a peep back from them. Great price and great product but do not say there is a warranty if you do not plan on responding to product issues.

I will have to update this after using it but it felt comfortable, my cord is to short to use though. My tower is not able to be right next to the keyboard as I use a stand up desk. I had to order an extension cable.Updating after a days use, to fit properly you have to click with your middle and ring finger. I'll give it s few days but leaning toward return.

I had this mouse for one month and it broke. The tracking ball that allows you to scroll pages stopped working and won't even turn. The buttons still work, but I have to get a new mouse now because I use the tracking ball constantly. I am very disappointed! I've used other mouses for years without this ever breaking. Buyer be warned if you use the tracking ball frequently like I do.
