Resistance Band (15-20LBS)

Works as described and appears to be of high quality

This resistance band is alright but does not offer much resistance. Also I did not find the wrapped surface comfortable.to the touch.Not going to return it... may give it away.

I use resistance bands mainly for exercises given to me by my physical therapist. Sometimes the plain bands without handles are a little hard to keep ahold of while exercising. I thought this resistance band from Durafit might be a better alternative and I was correct.The resistance band by Durafit not only has handles but it has soft, cushy handles. The foam handles are easier on my hands than just the thin, elastic straps. This resistance band is a much better quality than the plain elastic strips. It appears to be very durable. I believe it will last much longer than the strips I get from my therapist.I also appreciated the exercise chart that was included with the Durafit resistance band. Some of the exercises on the chart were also recomended by my physical therapist. I received this item at a reduced price in exchange for my honest review of the resistance band and I am sure glad I did. This resistance band is now my go to band when completing my therapy exercises. It works beautifully!

Solid. Reinforced. Unified. These are my thoughts when I am using this band. This is a quality piece of workout equipment. When I workout with it, it offers the ideal level of resistance depending on the exercise I am doing. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased review and my thoughts are my own. I would have gladly paid full price!
