2.5 inch trays - will work fine
Nice 2.5 inch trays but were ordered in error - Amazon listed them after I searched for 3.5 inch trays and I ordered in error and returned them. Good trays though!

Doesn't fit HP Proliant DL380 backplane correctly
The fit against the back-plane of a HP Proliant DL380 Gen9 server (a supported server model per the item description) is poor and drives in the tray won't slide into place. The trays cannot be locked into position because the drives can't be fully seated. I initially wondered if my drives were the problem with the fit, bu t when I swapped one of my drives into an HP OEM tray, it seated just fine. I tried multiple trays with the same result.
