Also be careful about taking too many supplements - especially if you're taking powerful drugs (immuno-modulators etc.). With this , you have to be well hydrated throughout the day for it to work properly. I've also found that grounding also works with this supplement for me. Try to not eat too much processed crap (gluten products, sugary snacks) with this supplement for best results. Make sure to keep your veggie intake high too. Start with one gram (using scoop inside) to see how well you tolerate it and go up as needed. Take it on an empty stomach 1/2hr before or min 2hrs after meals. I saw a number of vids on this supplement and MRM Nutrition seems to have it right! I've been taking 1 to 3gm of this on an empty stomach for a week now and here are some things I noticed (60yo): - Increased energy - more supple & clearer skin - More energy to workout - Better sleep. Too soon to see effect on hair. I'm also very relaxed. I've found that taking magnesium glycinate seems to augment this supplement. Note: Take time to mix in water; taste is bitter - slightly less intense than epsom salts, so I won't mix with juice, nor anything other than 6oz of water as juices, coconut water etc taste terrible with it.
