RAINBOW LOOM GLOW in the DARK Rubber Bands w/ 48 S-Clips + METAL HOOK + CHARMS

I bought a wonderloom around christmas time and soon discovered the basic bracelets were easier and faster by hand but the more complicated ones needed 2 or three looms to do right (IMHO) so after learning the basics I discovered I wanted/needed an adjustable loom to be my second loom.The package arrived early and looked dented but the inside box was fully intact. The product came with 600 bands and a coupon for my next order goodielooms.com however there isn't much variety on the website v_v.The loom itself is easy to adjust and as long as you go one peg at a time seems sturdy enough. However I wouldn't try pulling it off all the pegs at once.HOWEVER The bands don't seem to glow their color but rather a generic GITD white/yelloow. And the hook is tiny. Don't get me wrong I prefer the smaller hooks for hand weaving them but if you want to make the charms and advanced bracelets this hook will not help. Fortunately michaels, joannes and other craft stores selling these types of looms will also sell metal crochet hooks for any advanced projects you may want to complete with this loomAll in all I'm pleased with my purchase and look foward to makng longer bracelets and other projects best done with adjustable looms.

Not happy with product. First off, the picture shows a box, so I thought for sure this would all come in a box. NO BOX, just everything thrown in a clear bag. This was supposed to be a gift, but I would be embarrassed to give it in a crumbled up small clear little bag. I haven't opened, but I can see many of the clips are broken and the plastic bands look like they will easily break. The only thing that looks worth anything are the little charms. To get to the point, think before you buy. I rushed into the purchase and even though it says rainbow loom on here, it is easy to see now that it is a generic.

I really like the bands, they are very colorful, and you get clips with them as well. The charms are ok as well and are a nice addition to your charm collection. The hook kind of made me laugh because it's just a crochet hook, but it's a good thing to have if you are going to do loomless projects. However if you are only buying this for the hook, you are better off just stopping by the craft store and getting one. But if you want a full kit then this is a great kit to get.

I prchased two kits for my doughters, they were satisfied, however the blue connector could not be removed or adjusted easily, I took advsntagd of previous reviewers and used small sharp screwdriver to undo it.Also I get confused with the news on the media about tixic phthalat content in the loom, that is extreemly csrcinogenic and worning the kids from using fake kits, how can know if this was original, and what is the level of phthalate in it?

I've bought this product in the past, and returned to make another purchase today. I gave this as a gift to my 2 nieces to use, and they love it! It keeps them entertained for hours with them making bracelets and other things.I saw Goodie Looms has a Youtube channel which is great, because you can get the kids started quickly having them watch "how to" videos.Having an adjustable board is a nice bonus, and the bands are sturdy, not cheaply made. I'm happy to have bought this again.

The kids love it. If you are buying this you probably already have kids doing this sort of thing or you are doing it yourself. This is exactly what you expect it to be. The glow in the dark bands included are a nice touch. When these things go out of style like silly bands did and friendship bracelets, the little bands will still have some value as tiny rubber bands around the house.

This loom was a pretty good choice for the price and my children like the glow in the dark bands. However it did break in one place the first time we tried to reconfigure it. Also the videos on their website to show how different items are made feature young children. Although it is good to see that young children can competently make the different styles it does make the videos hard to follow. Even my children felt that the young children were hard to understand and opted to use youtube to find better quality videos to learn from.

This is a cheap knock off so I wasnt expecting the moon. It did not come with any instructions. By the second bracelet, the hook included broke and two of the blue plastic spacers broke. Time will tell if I have enough crazy glue to make this usable again. I should note Im an adult and didnt do anything bizarre to break it. I give three stars because the seller was prompt and the included bands were quite high quality, not thin ones that snap every figure eight stretch. Next time Ill buy name brand.
