Good product, long term customer
We used to take Essentiale Forte (2-3 capsule daily). With this Essentiale Extreme, we just need to take 1 capsule daily. Effective with same function. We believe it protects livers especially to those who may have diseases or be alcohol lovers. My dad who did not drink wine at all yet unfortunately got liver cancer 20 years ago. Doctor gave this supplement to my dad. Remember - this is not a medicine and no way to cure disease but we believe it helps to maintain healthy liver functioning. It’s a long established product so I believe it is safe and sound.

Product looks legit
I had taken these to normalize liver enzymes. They have been greatly lowered so far and I’m taking these as maintenance.Received items in sealed condition. I see other reviews saying it’s fake just because it’s made in South Africa, and I understand because I just moved to the US and I what I used to buy were made in Germany. I have confirmed Sanofi has operations in South Africa through a simple Googling. Sanofi za website also markets this exact Same product in the same packaging. I had also done some due diligence and made some comparisons with a known-good Essentiale Forte product.The capsule and its physical content seems the same compared to my other Essentiale Forte bought from another seller (if you open it you’ll see some gummy substance). Anyway, I started taking it. Looks good so far.

Effective medicine for a better functioning liver
The information on the bottle is suspicious and confusing because it says Essentiale Extreme 300mg while the printed lable added to the bottle says 600mg. If it is 600mg, then the daily intake should be 1capsule 3 times a day, not 2 capsules 3 times a day. I know from the size of the capsule that each one is 300mg. So, why does the seller say it is 600mg? Isn't the seller cheating?
