Elf Cosmetics Instant Lift Brow Pencil is one of my favorite very affordable brow products. I have naturally thick and full brows but I do love that it's only 2 dollars and I do use when I need to fill in and it's very smooth! I definitely recommend this.Already buying it on repeat 🔂
