This squat pad is ideal. It easily wraps around your bar and pulls off effortlessly when you are done - no Velcro to fuss with. This pad is super comfortable. I finally replaced a pad I had been using at home for 20 years that eventually compressed and became useless. This thing is a dream the way it evenly distributes the weight of the bar across your back. I should have replaced my old one years ago.

I use this daily in the gym so as not to hurt myself in the bar area when doing squats or hiptrust you need this, my opinion is that it has very good quality the truth I am starting and I still do not carry much weight with it but you feel a brutal difference when you use it this very comfortable prevents your shoulders or hips from hurting and it is very padded with a very resistant synthetic rubber material, and fits well to the bar it does not move at all.

Comfortable and great especially when its cold out in the workout room.

I have standard size bars, not Olympic. Pad is a little wide and spins too easy. Would have liked a more snug fit. it is very well padded. It definitely takes the pressure off my neck. I almost wish it was a little bit less Pat and so I didn’t sit so high off my shoulders. Overall, very happy with my purchase. Just not perfect.

Good for back squats bulgarians all sorts of things and despite someone trying to tear it apart one day, it's still really good even if the flaps don't completely hold. This is a quality squat pad

Product arrived quicker than stated when ordering. Just as described! Able to power through my workout and it out any aches and pains from the bar. Just the right padding and comfort. 10/10 I’ve used it for only a week. Will report back after some time to write how well the quality is!

I love this barbell pad and mainly use it for squatting with an occasional use for hip thrusts. The material is the perfect thickness to protect from the bar digging into me but not being too firm. It’s easy to clean and wipe down after use which is also nice. I’ve had this for about 3 years and it still looks like the day it arrived so I would say it’s very durable. This is a solid product that you’ll use a lot if you work out.

Really helps take pressure of bar off of your neck. 100% satisfied with product and it makes lifting much easier. Makes so I don't want to skip squats.
