Love them
It’s expensive to me , but I love texture and they are flexible, it allows to work out on fascia without pain , they are not filled with water and there are wholes what allows ball to change shape under weight .

This product did not seem genuine and is not what is shown on photo, the ball is hard and not possible to inflate or adjust its size. Not good for exercise.

Die Franklin Reflex Bälle haben eine sehr gute Qualität und sind angenehm in der Anwendung. Sie eignen sich hervorragend zur Selbstmassage, zur Lockerung verspannter Muskeln und zur gezielten Behandlung von Triggerpunkten. Durch die Noppen wird die Durchblutung angenehm angeregt. Die Bälle haben die richtige Größe und Festigkeit, sind robust und leicht zu reinigen. Ich benutze sie regelmäßig für Rücken, Nacken, Schultern und Füße und bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Klare Kaufempfehlung – ein einfaches, aber sehr effektives Hilfsmittel für Entspannung und Wohlbefinden.

Usamos para espalda y piernas. Geniales , máximo peso probado fue 85kg ( lo que pesa mi pareja). Sin problema. Al comprimir no se quedan duros , se adaptan un poco. Tacos ni gordos ni flacos. Volvería comprar sin duda

these Franklin method balls are versatile and all around great. i tried some cheaper ones and they were terrible fakes. AND you get a free lesson by scanning the qr code on the balls themselves. the seller got them to me the next day. thank you!

The best!
Amazing. Soft enough. Fist aid during muscle pain. Must have for MFR. I even take them to vacation trip as can't live without them.
