Great for pumping while working
Love how comfortable this is and how well it stays on. I can confidently pump and continue working at my computer and know my pumps aren’t going to fall off.

Just What I Needed
This is the perfect compression pumping bra to help aid in getting the milk flowing faster. I recommend wearing with a regular pumping bra underneath, just to keep the flanges in place while tightening the compression bra. It fits my Spectra nicely, and keeps them closely sealed so that I properly empty. I love that you can easily adjust it as you pump so that it stays tight. I am not properly emptying, so my supply has been increasing as I needed it to. As an exclusive pumper, this has been a lifesaver! I will say that it does come out of the packaging with a heavy smell (it's neoprene so expected to come out smelling... well like neoprene), but I let it air out before my first use and it has been fine since. I definitely recommend this!-Jacki

Great Product Overall
This is a very useful product. The material is thick (not cheaply made). I feel it has a great compression to it and holds the pump parts in place very well. I would definitely recommend this one, because it can be adjusted to so many different sizes(good for the many size changes you go through during post pardum as well as a good gift to a future nurser without having to suggest what you think their size is). The velcro is obnoxiously loud, but when is it not? Luckily, the inventer thought of thia aspect and made the material have stretch to it. My only complaint is the nipple holes seem slightly too far apart but who knows, maybe thia aspect helps with the pumping. i went from pumping 30 mins to fully empty to now pumping 10-15 and I can keep my daughter from pulling at things while i pump. It's been very convenient for me and I love the hot pink color!

Prized pumping possession!
I wish I found this earlier! I have a couple nursing/pumping bras that I use to mainly to hold the flanges in. They are not padded and do not wear well under clothing as they are just cloth.I also use Victoria's Secret maternity bras, which are wonderful for breastfeeding and being out and about since they have padding. (I used these bras while pregnant as well). However, these are not great for pumping since I have to hold the flanges myself.I was looking for something that could hold my flanges in specifically when I go back to work, as well as something I could use at home. This is it mommas! Now I can wear my Victoria secret bra to work, unclip the cup, and strap this one on over it while I pump. I can easily remove the Velcro and put it away when done. For reference, in photo, I also breastfed my baby on left side while pumping other side while using this. Since it is a small slit, it’s shaped the nipple perfectly to what lactation consultant’s refer to as hamburger shape, so the baby latched easily and I didn’t have to hold baby & breast to keep her latched. Once my baby was full I hooked myself to pump to finish. It was amazing and easy.I am currently 155 pounds, with Victoria’s Secret I am size 38DDD (maternity bra) and I purchased the smaller size. The bra strap also came with a cute door sign. Stating DND, which I will be using to hang from my office once I return. I will be purchasing more as I plan to pump/breastfeed for at least 1 year and will want to keep them clean and readily available. I will be washing by hand.

If it weren't for the toxic off-gassing, this would be a great product.
SECOND UPDATE: After further struggles trying to find a less toxic-smelling product like this, I upgraded it back from two stars to three. This is the only product out there with a truly practical, easy-to-use design that aids in compression while pumping. While the toxic off-gassing was a big problem for the first month, eventually it aired out and it was an indispensable accessory. If you're going to buy this, buy it for a month before you need it and hang it in the sun. I hope the manufacturer takes the feedback to heart and improves the material, but truly, when you're pumping several times a day, you need a product that's fast and easy to use, and the conceptual design of this product is excellent.FIRST UPDATE: It is with great sadness that I downgrade my review from five stars to two. My original review below describes all the good features; unfortunately, after a couple weeks of use, the off-gassing smell from the neoprene is intolerable. I noticed the smell immediately when I opened the package and washed the product, but that didn't help. I hoped it would air out over time, but it hasn't. Instead, I've noticed it causes lung irritation, headaches, and postnasal drip from irritated nasal passages, all of which has only gotten worse over time. I did a little research, and off-gassing odors from cheap neoprene are known to be toxic. I spend several hours a day pumping with this strap directly under my nose, so I can't justify the ill effects on my health anymore. I'm so sad to go back to the Simple Wishes bra because the Pump Strap's design is dramatically superior. I wish they had cared more about the quality of the material and its effects.ORIGINAL REVIEW DESCRIBING GOOD FEATURES:One of the hardest things about pumping is that there are no easy solutions, but rather it's lots of trial and error to find what works for your body. I have tried literally every pumping accessory I've ever heard of, and until I found this one, none of them had helped reduce my pumping time. I still had to sit around for 45-60 minutes every time applying compressions and massaging. My "hands-free" Simple Wishes bra functionally wasn't hands-free at all.Enter the Pump Strap. Way easier to put on, way better looking, and most importantly, it WORKS. Basically it applies the pressure that I would previously have had to apply manually the entire time I was pumping, actually freeing up my hands for the majority of any pumping session. I had been at my wit's end before I tried this product. While it may not be for everyone, it works wonders for me, so if you're having similar issues, it's worth a try. I'm thrilled with it.I purchased the A-DD version. Apparently the only difference between versions is there vertical with from the top to bottom of your chest. My only complaint is that I am fairly small around and the strap is extremely long, so it dangles a bit in the back. It's not an actual problem, though.

Gets the most milk while pumping
Over 3 mos, it is the most effective bra at getting the milk out while pumping. I have 29" ribs. While the versatility in size is due to the large strap, the excess fabric is a bit annoying. I could easily cut it but I feel like I would need to stitch it back up. If your baby is near the Velcro can be loud. The pink is ready to find. I've never lost it. My other black bras have all gone missing. Overall, an indispensable product.

Works
Works as it should. Just wish the slots to insert the flanges in were wider to accommodate different breast sizes. At the moment, you have to really pull the bra wide to expand the slots.

Great
Does the job. So much easier than taking bra off and wearing the other hook pumping bras. This is easier as you just open flaps on nursing bra and strap this on top. No need to remove bra. It’s faster and more convenient. And the Velcro means it can fit people of different sizes

Love it, I use it daily
Very useful, great for ladies with a larger bust (I'm a 38H). I use it daily for pumping. I like that it can go over your clothes. P.S. this is for pumping only and not an actual bra.

Overwhelmed and disappointed
The product isn't working for me as it should. I bought it hoping to be hands-free because I'm exclusively pumping for my baby, and am exhausted spending 45min feeding him from the bottle and another 20 min pumping, so was hoping this product will help me to pump while I feed him. What happened was it technically holds the flanges in place, but it's still somewhat loose. When I pump hands-free with this product, the output is minimal and actually caused nipple pain. So I ended up having to hold my flanges in place anyway, which defeats the purpose of buying this.I heard so many good reviews about this product that I wondered if I got a defective one. When I reached out to the seller Milkbar Breastpump, I was dismissed and the seller didn't bother to resolve to my concerns knowing that I wasn't attended to properly. I didn't receive a reply for my initial message, and the subsequent one they wrote back without answering my query.Making the decision to exclusively pump was a difficult one for me as it is, but I do believe it's a beautiful way to continue breastfeeding my child. To be told by the seller that they are "sorry that my breastfeeding journey has come to an end" was truly a horrible and insensitive comment to read.As an overwhelmed first time mother with no family support, I am sitting here with tears down my eyes exhausted and can't believe I'm wasting precious time writing this review but my experience had been weighing on me.Im not sure if the product is good but the one I received certainly isn't doing what I need it to. What I am certain of is that the customer service I received here has not been helpful. I unfortunately will not recommend buying from here.
