EDIT: The seller, Sonyxer, has offered to fix the situation by promising a free unit free of errors. They have been very gracious throughout this situation and claim that their defective rate is less than 3%. I have agreed to test out a replacement unit and to leave a positive review if I feel it is warranted. Given the overal positive experience I had with this device before encountering the problem, I am entertaining the notion in order to give them a fair shake and hopefully end up with the amazing unit I had hoped to receive in the beginning.I want to thank Sonyxer for this opportunity.

Works as advertised providing 4 USB ports. I didn't perform any speed testing to verify that they provide USB 3.0, but it works without a hitch with 2 wired Xbox 360 controllers and a multimedia keyboard+touchpad combo plugged in.The harmonica design concept is clearly a gimmick and the silver/gray colored plastic part on each side is attached with relatively weak double sided tape. If you want it to stay on it will, but if you want to you can easily pull them off from each side. You're left with a smooth, black, low-profile look without any branding or text on it - see the image I included.PLEASE NOTE: The image I included in my review is after I modified the hub myself by removing two plastic pieces on either side. When it initially arrived, it looked exactly as the image in the product description does.

It says it works on Vista but doesn't. And because it's an Amazon product, there's no manufacturer listed to go to for help.

Works Ok but seems very fragile. As long as you don't need to be routinely plugging and unplugging devices, it should work well.

Works great with my dell laptop, I have had this for a few months now.

Bought on June 15th, nonfunctional today! Very disappointed...

I have a late model iMac. I thought I had a problem with the flash drives disappearing. I come to find out after further testing that the problem was with me. I apologize to Kevin. The product works just fine and I am updating my review. I hope this apology helps. Thank You.

This USB hub does look like a harmonica! The hub was delivered fast and works as expected. No need for a power supply is a bonus too!
