Globe Gripz - Multi-Grip Ergonomic Strength Training Aid

A pair of these were at my gym. I borrowed them one night and driving around for a few hour. I put them on my steering wheel of my vehicle and they work well for what I use them for. In the gym, I didn't care for them on dumbbells or barbells. I did like one on the cable pushdown. They are a decent variation to add on bars for working back and could probably be used for other exercises. I bought them for my steering wheel, so 2 thumbs up for that.

This is the second pair of these that I have. They do work your arms and grip in a slightly different manner. Versatile. Can be used with bars, dumbbells and rope attachment. Worth a try and they aren't that expensive.

I recently purchased Globe Gripz because of my overall satisfaction with Fat Gripz. My experience with Fat Gripz had already motivated me to purchase the Fat Gripz Extreme, as well as the Alpha Grips 3.0. These products fit very nicely into my workout routine and are constantly being switched back and fourth from my dumbbells to my ceiling mounted pull up bar.When my Globe Gripz arrived, I went into my garage gym and began to experiment with them. I learned quickly that they did not fit well on my pull up bar and tended to spin when I initiated a hang. I found that they do fit on my hex dumbbells, but that they are hard to keep centered on the dumbbell and tend to slide toward one end. I also found that my standard barbell was too small and that they did not fit tight enough causing the grips to slide out of my desired position.I was pretty sure that I was about to be disappointed, until I put the Globe Gripz on my olympic straight bar. First thing that I noticed was that they fit perfectly and do not move around on the bar. The second and most important thing that I notice was how natural it felt to pick up the bar with the grips in your hands. I was able to do straight bar curls and revers grip bent rows, without any pain or discomfort. These are two particular exercises that I have left out of my workout routine for several years now, due to inner elbow pain. This experience changed my initial feelings of disappointment into a "4 Star Review." I will continue to experiment with the Globe Gripz and look forward to finding new uses for them. I bought these for my pull up bar but the globe grips have a tendency to slip and not stay still when doing pull up reps however, they work great with dumbbells

Great for grip strengh. I use them on my pull up bar at home, it's thicker than your average gym bar or weight handle and they stll fit great stay on. Great for forearms too you'll feel them more engaged in every excercise you apply them too!

Still playing and figuring out new uses. Nonneed to buy a ez curl bar!
