I needed a new battery and this replacement fit my vacuum perfectly. It was easy to install and I only had to remove and replace two screws. It is a durable battery, the quality is outstanding, and the longevity makes my vacuum run like new. It is a great battery replacement for your Dyson.

Ok so I’ve only had the battery two days, but I am so impressed with how it works. It was very easy to install just three screws to remove and replace, the charger work's exactly the same as the original battery. I had to replace the initial battery because the charger pole broke. I’ve only had it for two days but obviously the battery lasts a lot longer than the other one. I would recommend this to a family member.

Worked perfectly. Easy to switch out old with the new! So pleased. Dyson is running like brand new again!!

If I could give a negative 0 rating, I would. Had disassembled my Dyson V8 Animal for this replacement battery, only to find out the battery was dead as a doorknob! Plus, not only could I not find the item from this seller, but it evidently had been removed from Amazon's site. Could not return or exchange. So I had to eat the ~ $50 paid for it.Update 1/20/25 - I apologize for the negative tone of my earlier review. I was very frustrated (previous message above). We decided to try this replacement battery since the cost was much less than going through the Dyson website. The battery works very well. It was easy to switch out. Battery life is much improved.

Beware there are several different models that look similar. I had to return my first one because the insert was slightly different. Remove your old battery and look closely to the shape of the long plastic piece that inserts into the vacuum to confirm its the same. Works great and easy to install.

Worked great for 6 months then died. Won't charge at all anymore not even a little.

I’m very pleased with the battery life of this product! Wow!!! She’s a perfect fit, it recharges on the charger and has brought my 5 year old Dyson back to life. This replacement battery might even have more juice than the original one. It’s absolutely worth the money. Don’t hesitate, upgrade.
