Pleased with this product. Does seem to help with my acne.

I tried DIM out a month and a half ago. I bough the DIM from naturalfertilityinfo.com . It worked great and I was very pleased with the results in my body in the months time I was taking it. Shipping is around $6.00 and takes about a week on orders from Natural Fertilty Info and since I recently ran out and started to experience problems that had been eliminated while on DIM I really wanted some DIM right away. I researched on Amazon and found this product which was cheaper and also had prime 2 day shipping. Well, I received it today and opened up the bottle to a HORRIBLE smell. A smell like old clothes sitting in an attic from an estate sale or a bad thrift store. I took out the pills to count them and the smell is still on my hands after washing them. :( I am returning these and will be ordering DIM again from the natural fertility website again. The DIM I was taking before did not smell. Also, there was no cotton in the bottle and one of the capsules was halfway full and bent. I do not want to put these in my mouth and body. I learned my lesson the hard way...there is no price to health and when something works stick with it. I may try another another brand later on that has good reviews. This product had no reviews and yet I was willing to give it a try. Sadly, I'm extremely disappointed!

Now I am nowhere near menopause, but at my age I also should not be breaking out like a teenager. Not to mention I can always use extra energy and help with my PCOS was definitely a bonus. The capsules are a reasonable size to swallow, and go down with a cup of water. The smell is rather horrible but that is a common problem with supplements. You take one capsule daily with a meal so the bottle has enough for two months of usage. I do not experience adverse effects taking it such as nausea, and am able to take it with a meal as directed. So far my skin is not completely clear but I haven’t experienced any new breakouts. My current breakout is healing so hopefully my skin will be fully clear soon. The energy boost is mild; I drink a large amount of coffee so that could be why I didn’t notice it as much. I did notice less pain in my chest, which is a symptom I often deal with as part of my pcos. I am going to continue taking this supplement daily, for me it is worth it just for the benefit to my skin. I am very impressed with this product! I started taking this product for PCOS. I have been suffering for about a year now. I have changed my diet and have been losing weight but I am struggling with overall energy. When I started this product I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. I like that that 60 pills come in a vegetable capsule and are non GMO and gluten free. So far I have more energy, s increased sex drive and I am hoping it helps with my bloated stomach. The pills are easy to swallow and are a average pills size. I am very excited to continue this product and hoping to regulate my hormone imbalance.

I think I like DIM. I got it because I suffer from really bad PMS symptoms. I am only in my early 30's but it's been an issue since I was a teenager. I figured it could help with some of my moodiness, cramps & night sweats. So far I've seen a little bit of difference. But I do take a lot of natural supplements and I also eat healthy and exercise regularly so I have been making lots of different choices to make my overall health improve.That being said I have not had an adverse reactions by taking DIM. I am going to continue to take it to see how the changes continue to progress. Been experiencing a lot less issues with night sweats. Overall, I think although the changes are subtle, it's just going to take more time. I love that this is organic. I feel like switching a lot of the things I put inside my body being organic is also helping.These do have a slight funky odor. It's hard to describe but it's not the best but also not the worst. They use the veggie capsules which I like. The only thing I will mention that's odd is that some of the capsules are smooshed in. However, lately I have taken an interest in making some lifestyle changes and seeking out supplements that are organic in nature. This product I am reviewing is DIM short for Diindolylmethane. DIM is an organic supplement that is made with a substance called cruciferous that comes from vegetables like cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli. This substance is said to be a preventative measure for possible breast, urine or colorectal cancer. It is also said to help regulate estrogen levels for both men and woman. Consequently, this supplement also helps with PMS, which is something suffer from each month. I am not pre-menopausal, but still have an excruciating amount of cramps each month. I received this supplement during my PMS cycle and took the supplements. I must say I did find some relief and will continue taking this supplement going forward. I wish I was exposed to the DIM supplement earlier, but this will definitely be a great addition to my vitamin in take regimen.
