I have a bulging disc at L5, I went to him as a last ditch effort to try decompression treatments before having surgery. I was a bit skeptical about taking them, but finally agreed. My back has gotten better with the treatment, so I trust his advice. Recently I had my blood work done to check my cholesterol and I discovered a side effect of taking these supplements. My LDL dropped 30mg in 2 months! I was shocked, but it makes sense since turmeric and ginger have been known to do this. I also want to say that my Chiropractor had me taking a higher dosage than what they say on the bottle.

These have a bit of a taste when you swallow them but they are helping with my aches

I hope I will like the product. However, when it was delivered, it was left in my mailbox in the heat of the day for several hours before I got home to get it. The bottle says to store it in a cool, dry place. I hope this does not affect the quality of the product.

I have a herniated L5 disk. I've already had one surgery and now I'm told I have to live with it. I've been taking Pro-Enz for 5 weeks. It does help, but it took a while to kick in. I take one in the morning and two at night. That seems to be the magic combo for me
