With a fabulous boat, we didn't think we would need any accessories . . . after a couple months boating it became clear that between the mid ship "Springline" cleat, and the cleat on the transum there was a serious need for a way to hang a fender! This fits the pole holders and gives me an easy way to deploy the second fender, on either side -- yet still have our gunwale rod holders for fishing! Bravo.(And it hasn't broken yet, even with the large 36" fenders! IF and WHEN it breaks, I'll buy another one! )

it's fit in my fishing rod holders on the side of my boat. Perfect to tie fenders to side of your boat to protect boat from the dock.

Fit my rod holder perfectly and you just pull it out to stow the fender. Avoids using the main cleat for both tie-up and the fender or drilling for a new fender cleat. Well made.

Highly recommended for anyone with a rod holder near an ideal bumper location! This is my 3rd purchase! #1 went overboard when a guest inadvertently untied the bumper thinking the Cleat-It was a regular mounted cleat.
