Upgraded to 11lb leg weights after wearing 5lbs I had. One thing I love about them is how they distribute the weight better on the legs keeping less stress on the ankles. I usually wear them all day at work and can really tell the difference once I take them off.few suggestionsI found while wearing this product. Its just a few things Ive run into after a few hours of wear.The first would be instructions or suggestions on which strap to strap up first, Ive been assuming it's big, medium, small but I have found that sometimes they tend to slide down the leg causing the second issue. The top strap rings tend to move and bunch up causing the strap to pull against the back of the leg. No matter if put them lower or right behind the knee they slide down throughout the day.The other problem is that the top strap is just a little too short; Im not the smallest guy in the world, but even on my stick of a friend, it barely is strapped on and that was wearing them under clothing.1/2inch would help a little more. I had to take some of the plates out to make it fit better.Lastly, the ankle strap would work better with a little more Velcro. That way it can wrap around the bottom flaps under the weight giving a more supported feel, plus it might help keep the weights from sliding in the pockets down past the strap.Overall I loved this product, and the customer suggestion email was a great touch.

I wish I could’ve given this an easy 5 stars, but the first problem I encountered with these anklets was them constantly slipping off / wiggling out of adjustment. No matter how tight and evenly distributed I made it, the anklets would slowly slide down and because a leg gets smaller as you get closer to the foot, after a certain point you just need to reapply the whole thing over again. I’ve broken these in now for a week and no matter how tight or well adjusted I make it, the things slip off eventually. I’m a 170 lb, 5’10” man, so these should stay in place right? I wish they had added two 3 inch wide elastic bands instead of one because that seems to be doing the heavy lifting, whereas the fabric 1 inch wide velcros seem to be cutting off my circulation. It’s either circulation or keeping the anklets from falling off, and both seem to be a hassle with these.Another problem encountered was the weights in the middle can be quite annoying due to them pressing against your shin the most. I could take the weight of them workout-wise, but the metal of them against my bone required me to remove them altogether.Removing some of that extra weight did solve 2 problems at once, as the anklets weren’t slipping off as much (they still are) and my shins can remain intact.I bought the wrist weights at the same time and those work perfectly fine, however I wish these had a bit more problems worked out before they left the factory.

I added the ankle weights to my rucking and exercise routine and found them very helpful. They keep the weights in place on the calf and give you flexibility to adjust the weights.

Received the replacement yesterday. Went for a long walk. Arms felt much better. I will use on my walks every other day, and on my bike rides.

Duele un poco si lo aprietas demasiado cuando aún estas delgado, pero al crecer musculo no se nota. Funciona genial y se sujeta muy bien.

Ottimi, comodi e abbastanza "piccoli" cioè volendo si riescono a nascondere sotto i pantaloni.Li ho presi insieme ai bracciali, mi hanno soddisfatto entrambi.Anche qui come i bracciali, se acquistate altre barrette in metallo (anche da altri siti) sappiate che ci sta una fila in più quindi aumentate ancora di più il carico massimo.

Die Gewichte sind super verarbeitet und sitzen perfekt am Handgelenk. Sie rutschen nicht beim Training und fühlen sich angenehm an. Sehr zufrieden.
