Lippert Components RV Entry Door Friction Hinge Kit for 5th Wheel, Travel Trailer and Motorhome (Pack of 2)

These things are LEGIT!!! The wind was catching my door and slamming it open or closed all the time. Banging it into the awning arms, etc. These hinges took just a few minutes to install and now my door stays where I put it. It's not too hard to open or close, but it sure stays put when there is a breeze. Installation was easy using a drill driver and the included screws. It's not a whole project or anything, but be prepared to vacuum up some metal shavings.

These are fantastic and easy to put on. Door stays where you put it even on very windy days. No more broken door latch, highly recommend.

We are SO happy with these hinges! Our RV (2016 FR3 30DS) door flew out of my hands in the wind and the door strut broke off. We replaced it with these instead and they work great. We can open the door as little or as much as we need and it stays put. Very easy to install too.

Works great! Put on my main door of my camper, a little stiff but just something I have to get used to.

These hinges are a great addition to an RV without them. Install was about 5 min. They are not as stiff as the ones from my last RV which came on the unit, but they work decently enough. I dont predict they will stand the force of med to high winds unfortunately like my old ones did, but they keep the door from swinging around on normal weather days.

THEY COME IN BLACK OR WHITE. I didn't know so I was surprised to wait an extra couple days for delivery, if I had ordered Black, I most likely would have got it in a day! great value and work well, I installed it in 1/2 hr. and it came with about 8 extra screws,

After so many door latches have been broken in the wind we installed these in between the original hinges on our RV door. They were easy and quick to install. They are just fantastic. The door stays open and doesn’t slam unexpectedly. In extreme wind situations we still use the latch, but during normal weather we don’t have to. While it’s very windy it will also protect your door latch. So worth the money.

Exactly that I was looking for! They hold my doors open when there's a nice breeze. A must have for an RV.

Works as described. One of those items that should have been installed at the factory. Hopefully they last a long time.

My door would flap in the wind and I do not have a latch, plus I did mot want one. I added these 2 hinges to the already existing 3 hinges and it works perfectly! Stays open and most wind dies not affect it. Very easy to install and all screws were included. Pretty decent RV add-on I must say.
