Audio Cassette Splicing Tape - works
This is splicing tape for audio cassette tapes. I already knew how to use it, and I already have an aluminum splicing block and a razor blade, but the tape I had was old and un-sticky. This is the right size and works. Opening the cassette shell and putting it back together is another manner, but this tape is fine.

Far as I know, it's fine
The purchase went smoothly and the product arrived promptly. That's really all I can say. All I need is to attach some leader onto a cassette tape and reconnect it to the takeup reel.I have no doubt this product will work fine.

Not the right size
I didn't really need this size. I needed the 1/4" for reel to reel tapes. I scanned for reel to reel repair kits and didn't pay much attention to the width that came up. I am sure that it will work as I come across cassette tapes that I need to fix.

Good tape but too expensive.
This splicing tape does what is needed, but $40.00 for a small roll is far too expensive.

Decent quality, and saved a lot of time and money
Having been creating special effects for almost 60 years, until computers arrived, everything was done on, initially reel to reel tape recorders, then cassettes, and now CDs and memory sticks. I still have my tape recorders from the 1960s and 70s, as well as the cassette recorders; I also have a vast library of tapes and cassettes, which I still use, transferred to my computers. My biggest problem is, being over 50 years old, some of the tapes snap, and finding splicing tape is extremely difficult.Although from the US, this arrived ahead of the scheduled date, and has enabled me to repair some very old, very valuable, cassettes, which I can now transfer to my computers rather than have to recreate the effects from scratch.Well worth the slightly longer wait, from the US, and money.
